There was no towel hanger. We had to hang our bath towels in the closet over the hangers. All the plumbing is backward except for the Jack and Jill's bathroom; it didn't even have cold water (both faucets run hot). The tiles in that bathroom are loose. Both toilet seats are loose. There were stains on the duvet.
