We paid for an ocean view room in sorento and got placed infront of a brick wall. So they moved us, to less of a room in the main tower but it had ocean view so I let it be. We reached early @ 1pm. Checkin was not provided till 3pm ,so left for the beach. At night checked in @ 10:30, which again took 30-40 min! The washroom tub was freshly painted and legs sticking. So could not use shower. Maintenance comes after 1.4 hrs of complain. Waste of time!
