Fully remodeled in 2025, it is tastefully furnished for a memorable stay. Arched French doors flood the space with light, while exposed beams and professional lighting create ambiance. Guests will be invoiced for anything missing or damaged upon checkout. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Any smell of smoke will automatically result in a $800 fumigation fee charged directly to the guest. We have a large backyard should you wish to smoke outside. Additional Cleaning Fees: For messes left upon checkout that are egregious and beyond the scope of a "regular" cleaning, guests will be charged an additional fee of $60 per hour of cleaning to compensate the cleaning company.
