"Upon arrival, we had difficulty locating the apartment as it was down an unmarked hallway between two bldgs. Also, the outside often had persons loitering around, leading to an unsafe feeling. I found the check-in a little confusing, but got it figured out with Eusebio’s help on the phone. We stayed during a heat wave, and there is no air conditioning. It is noisy as the trains run constantly, probably nosier because we had the balcony door open because of the heat. "Property was fantastic location to easily access Southampton and was better equipped than expected.. Really nice touches of the teas /coffee in each room etc, with lovely decor, clean tidy wand welcoming. Only think that would have made it even better is a little milk given their is a full kitchen. We did bring milk along but arriving later and not knowing thr area wasn't sure where to get some additional from. Would definitely look up this property to stay In Southampton again"

"Filthy kitchen, filthy fridge, smelly microwave. You could not use any of the crockery unless you washed it first. The crockery was put back in the cupboards unwashed. There was no hot water. The kitchen cupboards had sticky handles and I felt simply unclean being there. I booked 6 nights but left in the morning after the first night. I’ve seen reviews of this place a year old echoing my comments so the owner takes no notice of reviews. Beware. "

"We had a great stay in Twyford! We visited Winchester (took the bus in from the end of the lane), Portsmouth, Chawton House, and Stourhead Gardens. It was a great, central location for our trip. Such a lovely, rural location, yet super easy to get into the city by the bus."
