Our room key initially didn’t work so when I went downstairs to replace it he offered to come upstairs to ensure it worked. He didn’t have to do that so I consider his service above and beyond. The one thing I’ll say needs improvement is the fitness room. Please add some wipes and water for sanitary purposes. It appeared clean but I needed something to wipe down the equipment after I used it."
