"It’s an old outdated hotel. Dirty water stained bathrooms, rust around fixtures, flushing of the toilet was a hot mess. Beds were not comfortable. Front desk lady was talking not very nice about the gentleman who booked our stay. Not a very good experience all around to say the least. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. We must have been next to a smoking room because we could smell smoke when we walked in. There were some flower beds with no flowers. BUT overall it was a good stay because the room had a sofa and we found some good shows to watch. The bed was also comfortable."

"10 minutes from downtown Greensboro. Houses was very nice. Quiet neighborhoods. I really enjoyed my stay with my family. "

"The home looks to be updated inside as far as the bedroom furniture. Very comfortable mattresses. Upon arrival the lawn needed to be cut. Once inside we requested that home be reclined due to crumbs in the cabinets and draws of the kitchen. The host was very quiet to respond to a list we left for the cleaning personnel. The cleaning personnel can the very next day but we had to pack up and leave the premises so they could clean. The host followed up immediately to verify that we noticed an improvement. In addition, the host left me a message and indicated that he had the lawn maintenance come to clean up the yard. I was very pleased to see the host took that initiative especially knowing I never brought the yard to his attention. There were ants in the master bedroom that were brought to the host attention upon arrival. I actually went and purchased the ant repellent to eliminate that issue. I did inform the host that for what we experienced , even though the host was very responsive, that we would not stay at this home again. I requested the owner of the property to do a complete walk through and review the list of observations to help the property. The home has great potential. Need small efforts to make sure things like the bathroom vent cover and AC vent covers are cleaned to remove the accumulated dust. There seems to be a hard water issue that affected the washer machine and refrigerator freezer for ice cubes that made us feel we should not use either. Thanks "

"House had plenty of space for us all. There were no hand towels or dish towels at the property. Also there were six of us and they were barely enough dishes. We had to constantly be washing dishes, but then there was nothing to drive them with dish, towel towels, hand towel towels, and a dish drying rack would’ve been very helpful."

"The neighborhood was the first thing we noticed when we got there. The house is not located in the best part of town, a bit sketchy. While the house was generally comfortable, the master bath had loose floor tiles and grout kept coming loose, not ideal for bare feet. The shower door allowed water to leak on the floor which was probably contributing to the loose tile issue. The pots and pans were worn and the finish was starting to come off. Not sure you want to cook with those. They could also use more silverware. There seemed to be a lack of forks and small spoons. Overall, given the location of the property it was probably a bit overpriced. "

"We had a terrific stay! The home is far more charming than pictured and fit us perfectly. We were excited to have our dogs with us and be so close to everything. Our host was so easy to communicate with & super friendly. Definitely will come back when traveling to or through Greensboro!"
