This cozy home is perfect for your work or personal trips and is 5 min. from downtown Greensboro, 7 min. from Hwy 40/85. Only 5-15 minutes away from every local college and university.

Early check-in/late check out may be available.


Smart TVs in every bedroom and den with complimentary Netflix account.


The custom bathrooms will take your breath away and include complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer. Fresh linens and toiletries provided w/ premium mattresses. Kitchen includes granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, Keurig, & coffee/tea. Front porch and back patio are fully furnished. Charcoal grill is provided.

There is a slight step down from the hallway to the master bedroom. There are 4 steps from the yard up to the front door.

The 6 of us really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed and enough space for 2 vehicles to park. The neighborhood was very quiet and laid back. We were in Greensboro to visit our son at NC A&T for Aggie Family weekend and to watch him (BGMM) during halftime of the football game. This property is 2 miles from the campus, so that was very convenient for us. We would definitely stay here again.

As advertised. House was clean and very well supplied with everything we needed. They even supplied some snacks, coffee, sweetener and creamer. There was salt, pepper, trash bags, dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good supply of towels and linens. The train didn’t bother us at all while sleeping without earplugs. It went by a few times we were at the house and it was fast Amtrak not a long freight train. Location was 5-10 minute drive to Cone Health Hospital. Great communication by owner. Was driving a new vehicle and no issues with theft and felt safe. It seems like the neighborhood is being revitalized.

Lovely, cozy house in nice neighborhood

We stayed over Thanksgiving with our two boys; wonderful residence in a quiet neighborhood. The boys loved the Amtrak train that ran along the tracks nearby, although the train horn was quite loud. Very conveniently located near downtown Greensboro, the house is clean, comfortable, and inviting. Owners were very responsive and made us feel at home.

Beautiful property my kids and I loved the place!! Very convenient location near grocery store convenience stores. Just a couple Minutes from downtown and many restaurants. The property is well maintained and has just about everything you need for your stay. The host is very hospitable and she will quickly answer any questions you may have. Just bring your luggage in and make yourself at home!

The house was perfect for what we needed. The owners were extremely friendly, attentive and very thoughtful for any needs that may have come up. Hidden Gem

We picked this gem of a place for my son's college graduation. The space felt welcoming and was extremely clean. Reneee was very responsive. We had an issue with the AC unit. I sent her a message at the crack of dawn to request a fan and by the time we returned from the graduation ceremony, she not only brought a fan, she also had the HVAC professionals come take a look at the unit. Being able to sit out on the porch in the early morning hours and enjoy the birds made for a peaceful stay.

Great Weekend Stay

We were extremely happy to spend a long weekend visiting family in Greensboro at this location. The host went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute request and stayed in touch to ensure all our needs were met. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and a child. We appreciated having a washer and drying with detergent on hand and the space was very clean. Security system in place that lets you know when anyone is on the property. The owner left a lovely card with snacks which was a sweet gesture. About 10-12 minutes form the UNC Greensboro which was where we needed to be. We will definitely book again!

A heavenly sojourn

I first would like to start by saying,"Thank you." Thank you to the property manager, for creating a homey space for my family to enjoy a very special holiday. We are extremely grateful and thankful. I am a person who truly believes in customer care because the property manager has provided an elite level of service to my family and I, on this occasion. I can tell that the property manager is a great person of character, because she made sure that anything that I could possibly need or wanted was present at the home. I can't tell the property manager how exceptional the home and her service was for my wife and family. I would recommend anyone that I know to stay at this place and the property manager deserves a great 5 Star review, from my wife and I. This stay exemplified that the property manager took the time to invest in the comfort for all customers, that are staying away from home.
