"They had a sign that said that you had to check in before 8pm. I just paid for my room around that time. This wasn’t on their website, it was printed on their front desk with the shutters down. Then there’s directions to go to a phone to dial 500. When calling in the phone you could hear someone answer and hang up over and over. There were senior women there as well. The guy eventually got to the lobby and took care of us. He was about to neglect us totally. The environment was terrible. The...
