"The roof bar offered a wonderful view of the mountains. The room was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed The Innsbruck Welcome Card which came as part of our two night stay. Quirky, almost brutalist interior architecture, with glass rooms within the inner 'courtyard' to enjoy the vibe (although the automatic glass door wouldn't re-open for us and we had to phone reception to let us out!)"

"Hotel Central is conveniently located in an area central to several public transportation stops, restaurants, stores and the altstadt. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with pleasant attitudes and offered free tourist cards to use during our stay. For whatever reason, we didn't actually use them, even though we planned to. Regardless, it's a great perk! The rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and great views!"

"We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is in good condition and the staff was pleasant and helpful. If you are driving to the hotel it is a little difficult to arrive with luggage. There really is no place to stop the car in front of the hotel that isn't on the street and exposed to traffic. And if you park in the garage that's nearby the hotel, it's a little bit of a walk to get from the car to the check-in desk. Innsbruck was lovely."

"We arrived early but the receptionist did an excellent job in making us welcome and helping us to find our way around the city. The breakfast was good, with no complaints. The room was not so good the air conditioning was taped off and the only option was on at the preset temperature or off. It wasn’t even possible to quieten the fan at night so you have to live with the noise or turn it off and open the window. The sink plug was also broken and it was quite obvious that it was, it seems ridiculous that it hadn’t been repaired."
