Riding high at the Alpinhotel...

Great hotel, looks like any of the myriad of alpine lodges in this area from the outside, but the suites are a marvel of craftsmanship and immaculate design on the inside. Private kitchenette and sauna in the suite.

Hintertux i topform

Mine to voksne børn og jeg bookede Alpinhotel Berghaus fordi det lå perfekt i forhold til Hintertux skiområdet. Personalet og maden var i top på dette hotel. Eneste minus var, at hotellet tillader kæledyr, og der boede to gøende hunde i værelset ved siden af vores. Da vejret og sneen var nær det bedste man kan få, så var det en dejlig ferie alt i alt.

Schönes Hotel, tolle Mitarbeiter, kleine Mängel

Wir haben im März 2014 fünf Nächte im Alpinhotel Berghaus verbracht. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet mit Sauna, Skikeller und allem was man für einen gelungenen Skiurlaub benötigt. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Essen im Restaurant (wir hatten HP) war bis auf eine kleine Ausnahme immer sehr gut. Unser Erlebnis wurde etwas dadurch gemindert, dass unser Zimmer trotz netten Hinweis per E-Mail direkt neben Aufzug UND Treppenhaus lag und das Kopfende des Bettes in diese Richtung zeigt - die Stimmen und Schritte der anderen Gäste sind besonders früh am Morgen deutlich hörbar gewesen. Hinzu kommt, das besagtes Zimmer direkt überhalb der Küche liegt und die Balkontür zwischen 19:00 und 22:00 besser nicht geöffnet werden sollte. Abgesehen davon würden wir das Hotel wieder besuchen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Dejligt ophold

Vi havde i uge 7 et rigtig dejligt ophold på hotellet. Der var god service, gode muligheder for opbevaring af ski og det var utroligt nemt at komme til og fra hotellet, når vi skulle afsted på ski.

Super Service

Alles zusammen genommen war der Aufenthalt sehr gut und es gibt eigtl. nicht wirklich etwas zu meckern. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten die uns nicht so gefallen haben wären. Die Öffnungszeiten des Wellness/Sauna Bereichs ist nur bis 20:00 Uhr, ebenso sollte man bis 20:00 beim Essen sein. Wenn man Ski fährt und noch etwas am Schirm verweilen will wird das alles zeitlich sehr knapp. Deshalb wäre es wünschenswert wenn der Sauna Bereich bis 23:00 oder sogar 0:00 Uhr geöffnet wäre. Dann könnte man prima bis 16:30 Ski fahren, noch 1-2 Std im Schirm verbringen, gemütlich Essen und danach 3-4 Saunagänge einschieben. Nicht so toll war die fehlende MiniBar oder wenigstens eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer. Die separate Toilette im Zimmer ist theoretisch auch sehr Vorteilhaft, jedoch war diese genau neben dem Bett. Es war trotzdem sehr schön und wir würden evtl. auch nochmals wiederkommen...(aber bitte mit langen Saunazeiten ;) )
