It’s a very comfortable, quality hotel, really close both to the train station and the city’s sights, bars, restaurants and shops. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. But the best thing of all is that it has a super rooftop terrace bar on the ninth floor, with the most fantastic views across Innsbrook and the mountains beyond, again with really friendly staff.
Some negatives, though. The walk-in shower appeared to drain straight into the bathroom, so I spent ten minutes mopping it up with the bath mat. And I don’t know what was above my room (405), but it sounded like someone was running on a treadmill for two hours last night as I was trying to get to sleep.
