"The staff is extremely accommodating and couldn’t be more pleasant. The interior bar is so cool — This is one of the oldest buildings in Innsbruck. We also had dinner there and it was fantastic — gourmet. And to top it off the location is within walking distance throughout the town. We highly recommend it."

"Average. Air conditioning not working in a very warm room. Opening window is noisy as the hotel is next to a busy road. Check in was ok. The gent who served my wife and I didn’t mention the complementary Welcome Card which gives discounts for attractions and free use of public transport. Some marks on the corridor walls where the cleaner’s trolley has been. "

"Great location only a few minutes walk to the train station and a mall including a grocery store. Rooms are lovely with gorgeous big windows showing the mountains and AC was perfect. Also had an excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. I do have to say the pillows were awful offer no support whatsoever. Did have an issue with housekeeping where personal items were moved (I.e clothes were put into my open luggage from a chair, medication also put into the luggage, and toothbrush being moved); do not appreciate the stress of having to look at all my things to make sure nothing was stolen since my personal things were moved around. Overall I do recommend."

"Very clean and fantastic location with views to die for. Great breakfast included. Incredibly helpful staff including one cleaning woman who found our daughter's teddy bear and saved the say by acting quickly to have desk clerk run out of the hotel to catch us."
