"We checked in extremely late, but there was desk staff , and the process was very quick. We were only in the hotel to sleep as we had a wedding nearby. We were in the newer building which is functional and clean. The rooms in the original building though looked amazing. Wood panelling everywhere and a real stately home vibe. Our package didn't include breakfast. Parking was plentiful. When we check out a lovely lady (I didn't get her name) gave us some amazing recommendations. I would like to say thank you to her. She recommended Dean Castle in Kilmarnock. We spent a wonderful few hours there. Thank you so much for your advice"

Only thing that could be improved on is to have full length mirror in rooms as we were attending a wedding and couldnt see ourselves before leaving. Also need charging points by the bed. Otherwise i would definitely recommend to others. The staff were also very nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!!"
