The on line advance check in process was highly frustrating to the point that I gave up after 3 attempts of repeated requests to put in the booking code whereupon it just kept resending new codes without accepting the code just sent. it was supposed to save time In the end checking in at the reception desk could not have been simpler and easier with an extremely nice and efficient lady Apart from the above a most pleasant if somewhat brief stay

This is second time we have stayed there ok for a one night stay but would probably not stay more than one night Staff were friendly but this time felt rushed to order what we wanted to eat even though it was not busy and didn’t seem to be to the same standard as the last time we were there so overall disappointed

The member of staff who checked me in was great and it was all downhill from there on. TV not working, no soap or shampoo in the room, both dispensers empty, dirty glass on the window ledge. Maximum temperature on the AC was 21 which is too cold in Scotland just now and didnt help the wall has an external vent and the room was really cold. Room 107 had theiur TV blaring til 2am and then back on at 5am, no staff round anywhere to do anything about it, no telephone numbers to call Pretty terrible all round
