You can see the staff are trying well the reception staff, but you can also feel the pain as they must constantly feel they have to apologise for the state of the place. Rundown, tired, dirty and needs investment. The sheets and towels are old and worn!! I will not be returning."

"My room was nice and clean very comfortable recently refurbished but the doors in the hallway needs soft closes putting on them instead of banging shut staff were really good. Food was nice. Good Wi-Fi good phone reception plenty of parking."

"Overall this is a resort mainly focused on golf and leisure trips. The facilities are excellent (gym and golf courses) and the service was very good throughout and location is lovely in the countryside conveniently located near the M4. My only criticism is that the buildings themselves are a bit sterile and the bar and restaurant tend to be catering the golf groups etc but overall the hotel is definitely of a good standard and has excellent facilities"
