Decent size for a couple Cheap parking nearby Easy to find and access Cons: Squashy uncomfortable mattress Needs blackout blinds/curtains No freezer, could use more glasses, crockery etc. We spent four lovely nights here and if the bed and blackout were improved then we’d happily return. "The apartment is really well decorated, despite being an older building, and was comfortable as a base for our weekend in the area. There are a few original features I was pleased to see preserved, like the fireplace and hearth in the living area. The location is within walking distance of the harbour area where there was a food market during our visit, and some decent cafes. There’s also a supermarket less than 5 mins walk away for supplies. "Clean, comfortable, stylish flat. We slept well, we loved the skylights and the view from then. Loved the deep tub and the shower. Highly recommend. Bus stop right outside the flat, very handy. Very close to the harbour."

"Greta House is a well presented property within walking distance of the town. The town can be accessed via the Threlkeld to Keswick old railway line, following the river path or via the main road. Parking is opposite the house on a short street which can park around seven cars. We had no difficulty finding a parking space but this might be more tricky in busy periods. The Twa Dogs car park is also opposite the House and may allow parking but we had no reason to enquire about this. The...

"Cottage quiet given location on street and it was clean and comfortable. Parking is a bonus in Keswick too. Just 3 minute walk to main square, so very handy for seeking eateries in the evening. Service from Keswick Cottages excellent too. Highly recommend cottage and KC for holiday."

"Excellent property in a great location, we were a group of 8 adults with a dog & it perfectly suited our requirements. Parking was great being able to park four cars in central Keswick was exceptional. The property was comfortable, and had everything we needed, would not hesitate to visit again."

"The Tops is perfectly located in the heart of Keswick. The apartment is modern and cosy, with great views of Skiddaw from the kitchen window. You’ll struggle to find a better place to stay in Keswick town centre - it can’t be faulted."

"Lovely hotel with stunning views. The big plus is the food - breakfast was excellent and dinner both nights was really enjoyable. It’s in a great location to explore the northern part of the Lakes. Some parts of the hotel could do with a bit of TLC. Staff are really good, would definitely recommend."

"Lovely hotel, reception staff weee very polite & welcoming. Thanks goes to the kind house keeper who supplied items in our room despite it not been on her job list. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold options. The only thing we found was the toaster took a while to toast the bread. The staff were again very pleasant and the food was served hot and quickly. There is a nice bar and area, also there is a lovely outside seating tovtake in the view. The only negative niggle was the beautiful views from our room was slightly spoilt because the windows needed cleaning. Otherwise its a great hotel, lovely beach, play area for children, ideal for walkers. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
