"Wren provided us ample space and comfort for our 3 night stay. We really enjoyed our stay. On arrival at the cottage we found a welcome basket with teas, coffee, hot chocolates, biscuits and even a couple of small bottles of wine as well as a bottle of milk in the fridge. A lovely touch. As I was unpacking the car one of the property owners from the nearby property came over to welcome us and check everything was ok and told us the they had already lit the hot tub and it should be ready for us...

"We thought this was a beautifully finished and excellently located property for a weeks city break in York, however it's just too small for a family and lacking some plastics in kitchen for children. Our boys are 13 and 10 and there was nowhere for us all to sit and watch TV on a night we there is only a 2 seater couch in the lounge (which is very uncomfortable and thin).
