Apartment 5 is our stunning 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom first floor apartment located in the new Hudson Quarter Development. Sleeping 4 guests and superbly situated within York's city wall and just a 2 minute walk away from York Train station, whilst being away from the hustle and bustle of York City Centre. The Location does not get much better than this! Tourist attractions such as York Minster and The Shambles are within easy walking distance and there is an array of pubs, shops and restaurants nearby.
Heading into the apartment building you will instantly see that everything is furnished to an extremely high standard offering a welcoming and luxury first impression. Into the apartment you will see a cosy open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The living area is fitted with a comfortable sofa bed which can be pulled out to sleep an extra 2 guests. There is also a Large flat screen Smart Tv perfect to log into your Netflix and watch your favourite series after a long day exploring York. Underfloor heating is also provided throughout the living area.
The contemporary kitchen area offers high quality fixtures and fittings and appliances such as an electric oven and hob, full fridge freezer and integrated dishwasher for your use. The undercounter lighting and modern finishes complement the living area perfectly. There is also a washer/dryer available for your use. Basic cooking equipment is provided to make a basic meal and all your cutlery and crockery is also provided throughout your stay.
The bedroom offers an extremely comfortable double bed with hotel quality bed linens and towels provided. There is a internally illuminated wardrobe in the bedroom alongside the stunning décor offering a sense of luxury to the bedroom.
The spacious bathroom offers a large walk in shower and contemporary tiling throughout.
High speed WIFI is provided throughout your stay, alongside ironing facilities and a hairdryer offering you the options to pack a little lighter. A travel cot it also provided for those travelling with little ones. However we do not provide the linen for this.
Sadly this property offers no parking, we recommend travelling by train as the location is perfect to reach from the train station. However if you would prefer to drive, there are nearby pay and display car parks at NCP Tanner Row or there is York Railway Station Long Stay car park.
