"The staff were very polite and was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Room was cleaned daily. Food was very good and varied.The only criticism was that the main lift was out of order whilst we were there so had to use the smaller lift which often made it a longer wait to get to our room. Go to our room"

"Fabulously convenient location for the Snowdon railway and great views too. Good room in the separate coach house. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful view from the window seats in the restaurant if you can get a table there. "
