Our room was great, newly decorated and spotlessly clean. The main dining area is really big and being able to sit outside meant you didn't feel like you were going to the same restaurant for every meal! Lots of fresh food options, the grill and the salad bars were excellent. The causal dining options were also great with a range of family friendly food available. Having a separate bar area from the entertainment means you can choose a more peaceful spot in the evening, or get involved in the fun. The pools are fab - a 50 metre pool on holiday! Even when it was busy it didn't feel busy. Plenty of sunbeds available around the pools or on the peaceful sun terrace. Theres not a lot to walk to nearby and the local beaches are taken up by sunbeds from the bars, but we'd recommend a walk into Koutouloufari for a look round the shops or a drink in the evening." The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and they immediately moved us to another room. Everything we asked for, we received. The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere, and the kids felt free to use the facilities at any time — even at night. We were invited to meals and greeted warmly throughout the hotel. The food isn’t particularly rich, but it’s decent. We were on a family trip and spent most of the day outside, so it wasn’t a major issue. The location is excellent if you have teenagers, as they can walk in the evening to the nearby clubbing area. The only downside is that if your room is in the main building, there’s quite a bit of walking to get to the beach or the pool."
