"Great accessible room with an amazing view across the bay, would defo book a room with a sea view in future. It was very clean and unmarked that it looked as though it had never been used. "Great location, nice spa & breakfast, lots of info prior to arrival just not told we needed a physical card for the £20 room deposit which then amounted to £150 if you don’t have a card present even though everything else doesn’t need one…not super happy but didn’t have a choice! Robe & slipper hire charge £15 is excessive in my opinion too!"

"The location was ideal, just a 5 minute walk to The Hoe, easy walk to The Lido and the Barbican, 20 minutes from the Train Station, the room I stayed in was small but adequate for what I needed, they no longer do Breakfast but there are a choice of places within a 10 minute walk, bed was comfy and a selection of teabags and coffee in the room, these aren’t always replaced daily but if you ask at reception they will give you some, would definitely stay again if I go back to Plymouth especially for the price."
