Overall this place is absolutely wonderful. Other than the HUGE pool, the service from everyone is just exceptional. Rooms are spacious and clean with nice bathroom. The breakfast is full of options. Quite expensive pool bar menu for the Philippines, in some cases more expensive than what you could find in a western country. Good food. But then again, they are a 5* hotel.
Overall we had a great stay. Fantastic if you are exhausted and just want to chill out.

Had a week here in early May. This resort is very nice, with 4 large pools there is enough room for everyone and its 100 meters through the hotel to the beach, very convenient.
Staff are wonderful. From the front desk to the waitresses at breakfast, all were very welcoming and helpful.

Our stay at Banana Bay was exceptional from check in to check out. I travelled with my wife and we were treated very well from the get go.
Half way through our stay, the mess around COVID-19 began to unfold and we found it very difficult to get information around the situation and our travel plans. Cid, the hotel manager kept us and other guests informed, phoning various airports and doing everything he could to help us get home. Through this stressful time, being in the hotel felt like a safe...

Communication before arrival was excellent and we booked a transfer through them prior with ease. The hotels location is excellent with an easy 3 minute walk to the beach front and boracay strip. The staff throughout the whole stay couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. The breakfast had great options each morning and very good quality. There is noise from construction next door but that is to be expected with the rise of boracay. The private beach is good, however could do with a few...

I was in Boracay for a short getaway vacation, and this hotel was perfect. Very elegant and well maintained property, with large rooms, good breakfast buffet and a decent little gym. The beach is literally just steps away, and they have beach chairs and umbrellas for guests. The hotel is quiet but it’s close to lots of dining and drinking options on the beachfront path.
Boracay is closing for a few months of renovations, and when it reopens I would definitely choose this hotel for my next...

I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the service was as exceptional as it was here. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The food was fabulous and the buffet choices changed on a daily basis. It was all cooked fresh and the staff took time explaining the different dishes and encouraging us to try things. The rooms were spotless with a fridge, kettle, microwave and crockery for preparing your own food. Best place I’ve ever stayed!

The staff are absolutely fantastic. What a wonderful group of people. Always ready to help, amicable and friendly. Big shout out to my favourite staff/housekeepers Jacky and Ben. Wonderful human beings and I do miss them. They definitely made my stay very special.
The only advice for the hotel is to be a little bit more prepared to receive westerners in the breakfast buffet. I am a professional bodybuilder athlete and I do like eating clean, with no oil and sugar. If they just add small things...
