Great location ##### Theunis Stayed 7 nights in Oct 2017 ### 8/10 Good #### 肌は良く焦げました, 日本：神奈川 21 Oct 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort #### 何より静かで落ち着きます ・従業員とてもフレンドリー（フロント嬢に何人か愛想無がいたけど） ・日本語は全く通じません（でもおぼつかない英語にも辛抱強く接してた。人によっては日本語の挨拶くらいはしてくれた） ・部屋に金庫があったので安心した ・バスタブなし、シャワーと洗面所はカーテン1枚で仕切られ、始めのうち戸惑った ・シャワースペースが傾いて設計されていた為、排水があまり良くなく、水が残っていた（ベットメークの時にきれいに拭いてくれてくれた） ・一番奥の部屋でベッドメーク道具入れと外階段の前だった為、時間によってはペチャクチャおシャベリが続いた（あまり気にならない程度） ・朝食つきプラン、朝食は3~4種類から選べ、魚付きが気に入った（量はマアマア満足） ・高い木がすぐ横にあり日は射さず海はあまり見えないがバルコニーがあり良かった（小さいテーブル＆椅子2つ付き。ロープと洗濯バサミを持参したので風がある日には洗濯物が良く 乾いた。夜、ビール＆スナックでノ～ンビリで最高！） ・宿泊客が皆、静かな人達で良かった ・値段＋立地＋従業員の3条件で満足いくホテルだった ・・値段：Expediaから予約、キャンセル禁止の条件だったから安かったのかも？またExpediaの対応には忍耐強さマスト（「部屋グレードアップ無料」とあった → アップグレード要求→NG→再度要求→現地にいって空きがないとNG→再々度要求→既にアップグレード済みでした：この間約3週間/担当が3人変わる 「朝食アップグレード無料」の記載あり→現地で依頼するがそんなの無いと言われた（多分、誤記） ・・従業員：「メンテ係」テキパキ、初め金庫とTVが使えなかったが分かり易く説明してくれ解決。「レストラン係」とてもフレンドリー、何人かは日本人だと分かるととても好意的に接してくれた（気がした）。「フロント係」ブッキラ坊もチョットいたがつたない英語に辛抱強く対応してくれた ##### 肌は良く焦げました Stayed 4 nights in Sep 2017 ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller 28 Sept 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Hotelli white beachin rannalla Muuten hyvä hotelli station 3 rannalla mutta wifi toimi todella huonosti. The location is right in the beach which was awesome.. The room was dirty and dusty and the air unit hardly worked. The bathroom was falling apart.. We had a senior with us and they gave us room on the 4th floor and no elevators which they did not inform us. Food and drinks was mediocre and it was expensive. We ended up switching to a different hotel. The rooms are nice, breakfast is good, located just in front of the beach is beautiful, but especially the staff made the stay very comfortable.
