Outdated. Mosquitoes!!!!! Good location, near dmall and station 1. Situated beside Hennan and The District Boracay. Room is outdated and full of ants and mosquitoes. No phone or intercom to contact front desk or housekeeping. Uncomfy beds and pillows. Breakfast is plated and relatively ample. Shakes and ice blended juices taste like roaches (must be their blender). Better get bottled water, or canned drinks. Free breakfast, great staff. We stayed in a separate bungalow. It was roomy and had a great porch with a hammock and two chairs. The bungalow was dated but the character outweighs everything else.
