"I checked into this hotel and I was informed they were going through a changing phase and everything was a mess.
Subsequently I paid for an executive room but was given a standard room, only after complaining I was given the room I pre paid for.
The staff on the reception and bar staff were all very uninterested to show any kind of service.
The breakfast was cold and boring.
The hotel and rooms need some updating and DIY.
A very sub standard hotel, I will not book again with them."

"Name of hotel is actually Radisson Blu so took us ages to find.
Also was told we were not entitled to a city view as Expedia misadvertised. Fortunately they did honour this. "
