"We had an excellent stay here- our room was large , comfortable and with a fabulous view of the city from the 15th floor. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was the standard fare and was the only thing that was a little disapointing- only because it could have been a little warmer ! Other chains at this price-break seem to be a little better ! But don’t be put off by this- We would certainly stay again !"

"Good hotel about 10mins walk from Cardiff Bay. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast seemed to be good quality plenty of choice and always topped up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking in Cardiff was a bonus. Only slight gripe was the noise from the dual carriageway behind the hotel. "

"During a 5 night stay twice the cleaning team overlooked cleaning our room. Parking arrangement very good. Overall the cooked breakfast was not hot. The quantity of pre/cooked eggs was excessive for the speed that they were required, and looked unappealing. Perhaps the hotel could consider cooking the eggs to order"

"Staff were fab and friendly Hotel was lovely Room was lovely, however... The beds are so hard, its like sleeping in a slab of concrete and the air con was a massive noise box on the floor. Breakfast was delicious and the free flowing nutella was lovely."
