We arrived on the Friday afternoon, they let us check in at 2.30pm even though check in isn't until 3pm as our room was ready! The room was great, very clean and we brought our dog with us, they even provided a dog bowl and food mat for him- which we where very impressed with.. the whole weekend was just suburb, all the staff where great and nothing was to much trouble, they even let us have breakfast in the lounge area so that our dog could sit with us. We would defiantly go back!

Amazing hotel and spa and have been a number of times. Stayed for two nights and had an amazing spa day with two treatments.
Decided to upgrade to a superior garden twin room which was adequate but if I was being extra picky there are a couple of observations that would have improved the room itself.
There was no safe or full length mirror and the wardrobe and draw space were tiny also there was nowhere to sit in front of a mirror to apply makeup and dry our hair.
I want to emphasise non of this...

Booked and arrived the same day as a last minute visit. It is in the middle of no where, so do plan your travel first. We arrived, checked in quickly, and was given room 35. This was in their new wing and was very nice. Staff were all friendly in the hotel.
The swimming pool is small and very shallow at one end. Great if you have kids, not so great if you want to swim a few lengths in the morning. Think of it as a relaxing pool than one to complete a work out.
Next door is a pub. Food was...

The room was comfortable, a little dark, a view into the garden. The bathroom had a bath with shower but would benefit from the installation of a modern shower unit.
TV and coffee/tea making facilities were available as was a complimentary bottle of still water.
Evening meals are served in the bar areas, breakfast is served in the main restaurant.
The menus are adequate for most diners.
Plenty of parking with electric charging points.
The star of the show is the indoor pool.
Easy walking...

A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. From the valet parking, check in and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much and everyone was professional. The property itself is stunning (especially the pool and dining areas) and our room was the perfect size (get one facing the sea, so worth it).
Highly recommend the afternoon tea and continental breakfast (all fresh and...
