The 'Panorama' restaurant in the 4-star building felt more like a converted banquet room or a small college dining room. Uninspiring, though the rest of the 4-start property (where we did our check-in and check-out) was attractive. I don't stay much in resort hotels, so I am not be the best judge. The rooms are clean and newly refurbished. The views from the terrace are lovely. Dining options and shopping are moments away. If I needed to stay in Lugo again I would consider this hotel.
