"We received a lovely welcome when we checked in and we were upgraded to a larger room with a waterside view. The hotel is perfectly located for the Bristol Sounds events and provides easy access to a wide range of food and drink options.
We booked for bed and breakfast and we are glad we did, the buffet breakfast offered a selection of hot and cold choices and the breakfast room is delightful."
"The hotel was great, lovely interior and very friendly and helpful staff. Only issue there was no car park although I saw there was meant to be. There was a sign to a car park for the hotel but it was closed off and we were informed to park across the road and pay £24 for overnight parking at the back of a stadium.
Had a wonderful stay other wise."
"Beautiful hotel! The staff were super helpful and the facilities were perfect. The room was perfect and large. Very well maintained and clean. Personally I would have preferred a little amenities kit in the bathroom and I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast. With a buffet I expected more items on the menu and some of the pastry and hot food tasted quite stale which was disappointing considering the price. Overall, lovely hotel."
