We had a WONDEFUL stay. I have to admit, when we arrived, we were not at all sure, but within a short period of time, it became very apparent that we had made a good choice. The room was spacious, air-conditioned and a huge bed, very comfortable. Excellent stay good sized room very friendly staff easy parking on site. Special mention for the complimentary Bentley City tour the driver was absolutely brilliant

The Hotel staff were warm and very welcoming. The food was fantastic, apart from small portions. I had fish and chips was beautiful but I had 14 chips😩

Check in was very efficient. Room spacious and clean. En suite shower / toilet clean too. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi worked well, without any problems. Although the car park was busy, there were plenty of parking spaces. Hotel was conveniently close to a regular bus route to Norwich city centre.
