"A one night stay whilst visiting Bath and Bristol. A little bit dated in corridors and our room. Had a lovely evening meal in their restaurant and breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful we would stay again."

"Quite an unusual property which I really liked but it wasn’t what my partner would have chosen. They did come round to it though. Very handy for the town and restaurants and lovely walks nearby. Fridge in room with water, bathroom a little cramped but at least it was clean and the host (who I think may live there) was very friendly. "

"I was disappointed that, although there seemed to be very few guests staying, we didn't have a sea view. Instead we had a view of the back of the driving range. Although the room was overall very clean, the dark carpet had obvious bleach spills and stains all over, and new carpets were definitely needed. One of our bath towels had obviously been used to wipe the floor. "

"Well located guest house which is undergoing refurbishment so covered in scaffolding. My room was up several flights of stairs. Very convenient location. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast. Good value for Bristol and comfortable bed. Parking is awkward as the car park is small and the roads have restrictions."

"Our lodge was amazing there was plenty of room for 4 adults and the lodge can accommodate 6 although only 4 people can sit at the dining table inside. The hot tub was ready for use when we arrived and self check in was easy. Amanda who came to check the hot tub was very friendly and helpful. Please note the lodge has underfloor heating so the wall heaters aren’t required and the hot water seems to be regulated from the thermostat in the kitchen. "- Really liked the aesthetics of the building and suite. Suite was spacious and clean! - Wished communication was more accessible, had to try the app a few times before. Otherwise, had a great time! "

"Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches. A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems . The entry instructions were great and very clear. "
