A few things in the building wasn't working like the light above the hot tap in the hallway and the floor of our room was quite dirty and the shower would leak into the room. However we would stay here again in a heart beat. Great price, super convenient I got a bus from train station to mollies, it stops right outside. Super easy and convenient amaixng hairdryer and straighteners which was a nice touch and loved that I could control eveything through my phone "

"This is our go-to hotel for Cheltenham/Gloucester. Easy to get to, friendly staff, a pool and gym. The food on site is delicious. There are lots of options available, bar, restaurant, room service. Nice seating areas outside and lots of places to sit inside if you want to read or play board games. We use it as a home from home when we are visiting family in the area. Highly recommended."
