"We were impressed from the start by the greeting we got at check in. We were early for our check in and didn't expect to have a room but they gave us one anyway and told us that it wasn't just any room either. They were right. It was spacious for a NYC hotel and very stylish and comfortable. The location is just at the edge of Soho and a short stroll from everything we love in NY. A quick subway ride brought us to the theatre on Broadway and the mid-town mayhem. Can't recommend this place enough. We were happy to retire to this peaceful, modern, clean and elegant haven at the end of the night. My fiancée says this will be our only hotel in NY from now on. Many thanks to the friendly housekeeping staff and the front desk. The restaurant Vestry is also fabulous!"

"I come to FiDi regularly and this place is always a solid choice! Friendly staff and spotless room, as always. My only beef is the channel guide on the TV is kinda wacked-out (channel list was in the wrong order) so it was tough to find something to watch. "

"Staff were helpful and courteous and very patient. The area is quiet and nice. Close to many attractions, piers and an accessible subway station (South Ferry) and the Staten Island ferry. Hotel was quiet and the guest laundry self-service is a plus. Highly recommend if you want to stay in a non touristy area. "
