All staff were extremely friendly and helpful with Lettie in particular standing out by helping with specific dietary requirements. The hotel is situated in a lovely spot by the bridge over the River North Tyne. We had a tasty and good sized breakfast the following morning to set us underway for the day's hike. The photo was the view from our room."
