"My reservation coukd not be found by your staff when i tried to check in. I had to provide my confirmation email. Then staff member went into the back for over 5 minutes before coming out to say they had found the reservation. Not the best first impression. What was the problem? Staff did not teybto smooth this offer or apologize for the delay. Not impressed. "

"Listing said breakfast included however they only offered muffins and coffee. They said they did not have eggs and yogurt during our stay. "

"Very comfortable beds. Walls are pretty thin as we heard neighbors having basic conversations. Awesome location and wonderful employees. Would absolutely stay again. "

"All the staff members were very nice and helpful. However, the smell in the room was unpleasant, and the water from the machine also had an off smell. The location felt a bit out of the way, and the nearby street didn’t feel very safe."

"The front desk staff is wonderful! Housekeeping was great the first round, the second was very sloppy. We had to have them come back and deliver, towels, soap, glasses, dump trash, etc. The restaurant is “ok” not great. Happy hour is reasonable but limited. The location is perfect and feels safe! Good value!"
