"We stayed at the Elizabeth House Hotel prior to departing on a cruise. It was a very convenient location. The room was very nice. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again."

"The room was clean and generally comfortable. The breakfast was excellent the evening meal at the bar was pretty good. Unfortunately, I was there on 2 of the hottest days the Rooms did not have adequate ventilation a couple of small fans provided did nothing to help. 2 nights of very hot sweaty non sleep."

"When we arrived at reception we were greeted by a lovely lady called Teresa, she was friendly and helpful, she upgraded our room which was lovely of her, the place was lovely, clean, and smelt great. The touches to our room were very much appreciated, stocked mini fridge, coffee machine, large TV and the biggest bed I've ever stayed in."

"The rooms were large and clean. Only body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. No hair conditioner. No real cupboard, just a few hangers in a sort of cupboard. There was an iron and an ironing board. Breakfast was okay for us, we don't eat all the food there was served (buffet breakfast). They had snacks so we had a pizza. The receptionists were excellent, so helpful. Also the waiters in the dining room were very helpful. It's a good place for one night before a flight or a cruise."

"Very clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning in bedroom which was very much appreciated when temperature was in mid thirties Requested ground floor room and request was granted I visit three/four times a year as I have family living near to the hotel which is very convenient for me"

"Nice stay for one night at this hotel partly due to an early hospital appointment and partly to take advantage of the aircon during a heatwave! Rooms are compact but adequate with controllable aircon, comfortable beds and a good sized TV. As has been mentioned on other reviews bathrooms have a clear glass door which was fine as privacy is maintained due to the layout of the bathroom. Location is good for the airport and hospital. Parking is chargeable (£10/24 hours midweek) but is made reasonably clear when booking. Lobby and restaurant were a bit too cool for me but self service check in was efficient with staff available to help. Restaurant had a good range of dishes and service was good."
