My husband’s family all met at the Langham vineyard (jut 8 minute’s drive up the road from the accommodation) to celebrate his 50th ; adults, kids, dog…we had a wonderful time and carried on the celebrations with an evening of chat in the comfortable lounge and some food in the spacious dining area before heading to bed (all 10 of us). "We are always very impressed with our stays at the George Albert Hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and well appointed and the price is VFM. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in that area now."

"Everything was great, friendly staff and everything maintained to a high standard. The breakfast was great and in a lovely setting. The only issue I had was I couldn’t connect to the WIFI when I needed to as the code wasn’t in the visitor guide. It simply said speak to a member of staff if you are having trouble, but it was too late for that and unfortunately this is a far greater inconvenience that maybe it should be. But such is the world we live in. This is, however, surely a very simple fix. In any case, I do plan on staying here again on a regular basis, needing to stay in Glastonbury at least once per month for the foreseeable future. I will just make sure I get connected during check in moving forward and that’s the one tip I would give to others, as that small hiccup aside, you couldn’t ask for a nicer place reasonably priced."
