Only fault we could find was the top floor ceiling was very low and a bit of a problem for the adults. maybe a note in the initial booking form to explain this would be a good idea. "This is not the Ritz - but there are some really good points - it's lovely and quiet - so a good sleep was easy. Take your own towels - ones provided were not great - I would also say take your own bedding. One major for a couple is the double is on a mezz and the toilet is down stairs - this didn't effect me as I was on my own so slept in the single room downstairs. Owner is lovely - and my stay in Sherborne very nice. Lovely place."

No problems anywhere else in property with damp. If this property has a cleaner coming in to turn it around then I think they need to be spoken too, as when you look close it’s not great. I would return if things improved as it a lovely setting and location"

"Excellent property which was spotless, warm and cosy. A brill time was had by all 8 adults. We went to the black dog in Broadmayne New Year’s Eve. Everything we could wish for. Didn’t want to come home but all good things come to an end. Would recommend and definitely visit again."

"Perfect property for our trip with teens, grandparents, extended family and our 2 well behaved dogs. Wonderful space, facilities and views. Host very attentive and excellent communication. We needed somewhere we could access with a wheelchair abd this property was well designed for easy access, a lift and multiple wet rooms. Enjoyed large family dining and quality time in the open planned living space. Highly recommend !"
