This is right in the heart of all the theaters BUT was surprisingly very quiet at night. My only negative is that the bathroom had a smell which I think it is old pipes?? But overall it was a good experience and a lot of restaurants and easy access to the tube.

Book room 605 for views of Big Ben , Nelson’s column and London eye. You’ll hear street noise on weekend.l til around 11pm but after that it’s quiet. Steps to tube and lots of restaurants etc. An hour to Heathrow from the door of the hotel to the terminal.

Staff was friendly, place is in an excellent location, the noise isn't as bad as some may think, i recommend this and would definitely stay there again. The only con would be the breakfast available which was basic and not included in the stay. Though, they have a partner hotel Indigo right around the corner with a rooftop restaurant £22 per person for buffet and a killer view

Would not recommend. Tiny rooms, noisy from buskers on Leicester Square. The hot water was lukewarm, just warm enough to not feel a jolt when entering the water. They charge 15 pounds per piece to keep your luggage, and also charge 50 pounds to let you check in early.

I booked the room for 7nigt . I like the location very convenient,about the room was ok without table and Chair inside the room, when u want to seat down just only bed for you seat,not convenient for you to drink and eat something. Cleaning was ok just they don’t do vacuum. The room don’t provide disposable sleeper ,need to ask from counter.

The property was in the heart of the west end and perfectly placed for out stay. The Hotel was nice and clean and the room was well equipped and clean. The room we stayed in was on the lower level and there was a club with music playing till late into the evening, so was quite noisy up till around 12.00/12.30 am.

No where on the Expedia listing or actual hotel website did it state that to store one bag for even an hour will cost you 15 pounds!!! When I complained the staff stated that this was a “new” charge and they “hadn’t gotten around” to updating their website with this charge. I would NEVER have chosen this hotel had I known about this charge before I booked and feel completely ripped off. The staff couldn’t have cared less! Look elsewhere fellow travelers.

First the positive, front desk people super nice. Besides all the issues that I’m going to point out, I’ll stay here again, only because the location is amazing. A few issues: house keeper is under staff, they didn’t clean my room for a couple of days. You could see debris on the carpet in the hallways. The flushing device in the toilet is plastic and gets stuck. Very cold rooms, they never fixed the heater instead they sent a unit with only 2 wheels instead of 4, it was unstable and even dangerous. Don’t order breakfast unless is free. It looked really nothing, super basic; better to go to Greggs a few steps away. Demand to be in the 6th floor, less noise and you don’t hear the pipes and people using the showers. For all the issues they should have offered free breakfast even being to simple. That would have been a nice touch.

What a great place to stay, close to everything and the staff was always ready to assist. Their showers are amazing, which helps a lot with the jet leg feeling. Rooms aren't that big but it's standard for European countries. Will definitely book it again!

Hotel is very conveniently located and close to both Piccadilly and Leicester Square tube stations. Rooms are very small, but I guess that's to be expected in London. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got into London at 11 am and did not want to lug our bags around or pay for an early check-in so the kindly let us drop off our luggage at the concierge/cloak room till we checked in at 3pm.

The location of hotel is not very comfortable. I had opted for a suite and living in a suite should ideally be more comfortable. However, the room was located in such a place that there was constant noise coming from performances happening on the street. The room could have been better soundproofed to provide a more comfortable living. I could not sleep peacefully at all.

Very central area, within walking distance to sites, very close to a train station and very close to restaurants and cafes. Unfortunately one of the lifts was broken during our stay, causing long waits for lift use. It is a very very busy area at night time. The room was quite small.

Location was good for our travel plans. Price was great. Room was very small but had a fan and small refrigerator. Bathroom floor was also the shower floor. Several lights were broken bathroom door would not completely close. Not sure on how clean everything was or if it was just really old. If you need something cheap this could be a option

Requested to change rooms which was accommodated although there was some staff who was a bit rude and made me feel very uncomfortable about the request. All other staff very friendly and overall a good stay in a great location. Location was great though and whilst rooms were good could do with TLC.

Staff did not care at all, no nice greeting on arrival. Just got handed our keys and sent to room. Was hard to find at first also, took some walking around. Very noisy area. The room attendants just walked in to do our room at 6:30pm and we were in the room in our underwear but they just came in and started cleaning around us while we put pants on to leave and let them do the room. The towels had holes in them. We had booked a suite but it was not a suite, way too small and terrible layout meaning no extra room at all. Worst hotel experience for what we paid. Avoid at all costs.

We booked a room with a king bed and received a double bed. Room did not match the picture--it was the size of a shoe box, we could not move around. Balcony was lovely but there is a step between the balcony and the bedroom and we tripped each time bc there was the bed was right against the balcony. One plus-location was great.
