They don't have Service bags to your room so you have to take them by yourself. Narrow corridors of rooms . They don't clean the rooms very well they only changed sheets and towels and bathroom they don't vacuuming the room.

Room too small for 2 quests. Toiletries are provided upon request. No body help us in laugage.but location is good

We loved the location of this hotel. It was across the street from the park and close to restaurants and grocery stores.

worth the stay

Hotel was in a great location close to the tube. The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. The only thing was air conditioner didn't work. I read previous review same happen to another guest. They offered another room but didn't feel like moving . The staff gave me a fan all was good. After a long day in the city always had a glass of wine in the lounge. They could keep it open longer for the guest.

Rent rum med ett snyggt badrum och utmärkt dusch. Trevlig personal. Dubbelsängen var skön att sova i, jag brukar vara känslig men sov mycket gott i sängen.

Aardig hotel, dicht bij metro en parken

Pros: Gratis wifi, goed gelegen
Cons: Deuren moeten kamer goed afsluiten, betere matrassen, betere geluidsisolatie
Location: Metro en bus erg dichtbij, groene zone met 2 grote parken (Kensington en Hyde Park), Paddington Station op 10 minuten wandelen.
Aardig hotel, maar erg gehorige kamers (althans, die van mij, op de 8e verdieping). En er kwam licht vanaf de gang onder de deur de kamer binnen; dat slaapt niet fijn. Comfort bed is oke, maar geen 4-sterren waard. Gratis wifi is prima en snel, ontbijt is erg lekker en niet te duur, maar er zijn ook voldoende leuke ontbijttentjes in de buurt. Wat je maar liever doet. Bushalte voor de deur en station Queensway (tube) om de hoek, prima bereikbaar dus met OV. Hotel zit 'op' een tankstation. Had ik geen last van, maar zorgt wel voor wat meer verkeer. Tegenover hotel vind je Kensington Park en iets verderop Hyde Park. Je staat zo bij Buckingham Palace of op Piccadilly. Kan ook met de metro, maar lopen is ook goed te doen.

交通便利乾淨舒適的好飯店

Pros: 交通非常方便 環境安全
樓下是超市 對於沒有選擇飯店早餐的客人來說 非常便利 房間狀況很好 也有浴缸 唯一美中不足的地方是電梯很小 此外交通很便利 附近有兩個地鐵站可以選擇(步行5分鐘內) 公車站也在飯店門口 要去白金漢宮 或是攝政街都可以直接抵達

Good for a short stay

Pros: Location. Room clean and comfortable.
Cons: I waited at reception for some time while two receptionists attended to the couple in front. The third receptionist ignored me.
Location: Conveniently located near Queensway tube station and opposite Kensington Gardens (which is next door to Hyde Park).
We had a standard double room at the rear of the hotel on the third floor. The room was fine for an overnight stay, but I would think it a bit snug for much longer. Although the ensuite was small, the shower was large and powerful. We slept well! We took advantage of the breakfast deal, paying £12 pp for a full breakfast. Fairly wide choice of cold and cooked options for vegetarians. A member of staff brought a jug of soya milk on request.

Great location, shame about the room

Lovely location right on the park and 5 mins from tube. We had a family room that was clean, but was too small for 3 adults. Mattresses too hard, one pillow each, tv in mono? Couldn't get wifi in the room for the whole stay. Got room service order wrong, air con wouldn't get cool enough and the window hardly opened. Staff were lovely but overall, wouldn't recommend or return. Expect better from a four star hotel.
