This hotel is in a great location, opposite Hyde Park and close to Queensway tube station on the Central line. Very convenient for getting into central London on the tube or bus. Nice neighbourhood with plenty of good places to eat nearby. However the standard room is tiny, very hard to move around in when you have two adults with two large suitcases. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Handy to have the iron and ironing board in the room. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear people in the rooms next door and above. Hotel staff were generally friendly but service was slow at reception. They organised a car to take us to St Pancras Station on our departure from London but failed to tell us that we would have to pay cash for this and how much it would be, which wasn't a huge problem but just created extra hassles for us because we had spent all of our pounds (since we were leaving the UK). All in all a decent hotel, just expected a bit more for the price we paid.
