Great, unique hotel in a very convenient location. Lots of transportation options nearby (buses and a tube stop) make getting to anywhere in central London a breeze. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The room and bed were spacious and clean. The bathroom (while a little dated) was very clean and very accessible with plenty of grab bars.

This is the second time i have stayed here. The rooms and especially the bathrooms could do with being updated but other than that the rooms are clean but also very warm especially in the summer (fans were supplied in the rooms). The staff are friendly and happy to give advice when needed. The hotel is situated close to the Tate Modern and Borough Market. There is also a lot more activity on the southbank with loads of different street food vendors and restaurants along the bank. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to London

This is a great little hotel, but I saw on one booking site that it had air conditioning. It does not have a/c so the rooms got a little warm. Other than that, the hotel is in a good location, 15 minute walk to a lot of touristy stuff

Great location. 8 min walk to Waterloo and Blackfriar stations. Excellent amenities, coffee and hot tea in the room. Beds very comfy and great staff. Took the bus to King Cross train station, picked up in front of hotel and 4 stops 10 min.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel. I spent two nights here while attending an event and everyone was very friendly and nice. The breakfast, which was included, was excellent and with lots of choices. I most liked the personel; they were authentic, real, not overly polight like you often see, but personal. I'd go again if I had the chance!
