Quality hotel and convenient location

Best stay for location. The hotel is conveniently located. The lobby is beautiful. The staff was professional. We stayed in the apartments which was huge for our family of 3. The bed was extremely comfortable after a 12 hour flight from LA. My family almost wanted to stay in bed most of the trip if that was an option. The only downside to our room was the hardwood floor needed to be refinished. And the wood blinds in the bathroom was not the best idea due to the humidity. Otherwise I enjoyed the amenities of our room. I enjoyed our stay. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but it does have great room service. The restaurant on the lobby side of the hotel isn't affiliated and will not provide "take away" or "carry-out" as we say in the US. I will stay again at this hotel.

Very uncomfortable room,heat wise ac turned off and heat in building kept room too hot Windows only slightly opened Staff did not solve problem. Ignorant to issue

Nice hotel, nice front desk staff

Pros: Location
Cons: Housekeeping
Only issue was housekeeping. Somehow did not replenish the used shower gel n shampoo on 1 day. On another day, we turn on the "clean room" lights when we when out in the morning about 10am. But when we return at around 2pm, the room was yet to be cleaned.

Reasonable, quiet and comfortable hotel

The Park Victoria is very conveniently located if you're visiting London to see a show. We literally walked 3 minutes away from the front door to the Apollo Victoria theater. And in London in February, that is a great thing, as weather is decidedly unpleasant. The hotel staff are as helpful as they could possibly be. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. There is a modern fitness room, a nice bar and restaurant, and a small business center in the lobby. We will definitely go back the next time we visit London.

Nice hotel near Victoria Station

Pros: The hotel was clean and modern.
Cons: The heater, I was cold and had to wear extra clothes to keep warm.
Location: Restaurants across the street, perfect for budget eating. Victoria Station is a 5 minute walkIf you need to get out and into Gatwick, this is perfect.
The room and the bathroom were big. Everything was accessible via 3 controls, lights, curtains, do not disturb and room cleaning. Offered a kettle, tea/coffee, but no water.

不會再光顧的酒店

預約了十一天的住宿!每天已經打掃房間,但都不太清潔!第一天已經沒有預備牙膏牙刷,用過杯子不會自動更換!職員沒有太多笑容,沒有親切的感覺! Underground 方便,五分鐘已經去到維多利亞站!

Very convenient location.

This is my 2nd time within 6 months and still happy with my stay. I was given a free upgrade which is good. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

二泊滞在しましたが駅から近く、移動に大変便利です。 部屋はとても清潔で設備も充実しています。 エレベーターのわきに製氷機もあります。

Buon hotel vicino la stazione di Victoria

Pros: La domotica nelle stanze
Cons: L'aria condizionata o troppo fredda o troppo calda
Buon hotel nelle vicinanze della Stazione di Victoria ed ha 15 minuti da Westminster e Big Ben, pulito, stanze ampie dotate di comandi per la domotica. Ho avuto un problema riguardo l'aria condizionata che usciva solo fredda, ho chiamato la reception per farlo presente e mi hanno subito mandato qualcuno per sistemare la cosa.

Bra läge, trevligt hotel, lagom stort, bra frukost

Pros: centralt läge, lagom storlek, nära tunnelbana.
Cons: Bättre Engelsk talande personal, mer detalj orientering i housekeeping, Housekeeping needs a lot of improvements, it has a 4 star rating?????
Location: Mycket restauranger, stort utbud, mycket att se på gångavstånd.
fick ett rum som hade fel på värmen och en stor rost fläck över spegeln i bad rummet och 2 telefoner som inte fungerade, påpekade detta hos concierge och i receptionen på morgonen, vid min återkomst på eftermiddagen var ett oljeelement insatt som inte fungerade, gick och påpekade detta och fick ett annat större rum, personal i receptionen var i detta fall mycket behjälplig. Hade också folk som sökte mig på hotellet vid flera tillfällen, och tyvärr blev de tillsagda att jag inte fanns på detta hotel, som väl var hade jag skickat en bekräftelse på min bokning till dessa människor så de visste att jag var där, så det löste sig ändå, men man tycker ju att det är konstigt att de inte vet VEM som bor på hotellet.??? och inte kan hitta dem i sitt register??
