No rooms given even after confirmed booking
This experience was very shocking as even after a confirmed booking on Expedia, I was denied the room on check-in and was asked to go into a different hotel. There was no communication sent before, but a day after when this all happened. Don't recommend this hotel at all and also this instance raises questions on authenticity of bookings on Expedia.

Unfortunately I am unable to view your reservation so I can find further details, however I do apologise for relocating you as the situation you experienced was out of our control. For the inconvenience we refund full night say and also make sure they stay at our sister properties.
