Thank you for taking the time to writing a comment on Expedia in regards to your visit to the London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch.
We very much appreciate all feedback received, as allows us the opportunity to review the points made and where possible action the necessary changes.
Whilst I am glad you liked the location of the hotel, I am sorry to hear that you felt the distance for shopping not as walkable and also if you were not assisted with various options to reach the shopping locations in the vicinity.
