Ubicado en el barrio Mayfair, Corazón Londres

Pros: Me gusto el restaurante de inspiración polinesia de Londres, ofrece un sabor del paraíso y es célebre por su cóctel Mai Tai 1944.
Cons: Tal vez hacer un poco mas modernas sus habitaciones,
Location: Se encuentra junto al lago de Hyde Park, centros comerciales tienda Oxford Street, así mismo se encuentran las tumbas de Charles Darwin
Las habitaciones cuentan con TV de pantalla plana y baño de mármol. Algunas tienen balcón. Las habitaciones y suites executive incluyen conexión a internet, servicio de registro de entrada privado y acceso al salón executive, donde se sirve un desayuno continental, aperitivos y bebidas durante todo el día de forma gratuita.

Service excellence and quiet

Absolutely first class staff. They were all so helpful without exception and just seemed to give that little bit more than necessary which was really refreshing. We usually stay at the Hilton Kensington but needed to be closer to the centre and were amazed out how quite and peaceful the hotel was. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

GOED GELEGEN, MOOI UITZICHT

Pros: Naast de ligging was het uitzicht over de stad spectaculair vooral voor Mayfair waar weinig hoogbouw is.
Hotel op zeer goed gelegen. Wat verouderd maar goed onderhouden. Personeel redelijk behulpzaam. Door hoogte mooi uitzicht over de stad.

wifi costs $

Lame because you pay for this expensive hotel then they charge you for wifi, and the elevators are really slow, and weird.

ハイシーズンでも曜日により価格変更有。Brixit前後の為替変動もあり安値感も。 明るく清潔感もある快適な空間。眺めの良い高層階お奨め。シャワールーム別ではなくバスタブ兼用。 Hilton TowerのあるパークレーンにはGrosvenor House、Dorchester、Four Seasons、Intercontinentalと使い勝手の良い優雅な宿泊施設が並ぶ。Selfridges、Harrods、F&M ,Bond Streetは徒歩圏内。市内観光はタクシー、バス、地下鉄移動が便利。 Hyde park目の前。

Great hotel great location. Poor bar.

I have stayed here many times before. I like the hotel and its location. However, I was incredibly disappointed by the obnoxious security and staff at the 23rd Floor Roof Top Bar. I took a group of well dressed, well behaved senior company executives to the 23rd Floor bar after winning an award. We were asked to stand at the cramped and noisy bar because there were no "tables available" - despite rows and rows of empty seats and tables. Apparently, these are reserved for "special people who will arrive later". So we took our business to Langham's, were greeted warmly and served well into the small hours. That's how a 5 Star hotel is supposed to work.

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage

Pros: Das Zimmer war super. Der Service auch. Wir hatten Frühstück mit gebucht - das war auch perfekt. Also uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
Cons: Vielleicht einen zweiten deutschen Sender im TV...
Location: Direkt am Hyde Park und eine Menge an Londons Attraktionen ist zu Fuß erreichen. So sind z.B. die beiden großen Kaufhäuser recht nah...
Ankunft/Einchecken war unaufgeregt und ging schnell. Das Zusatzbett für das Kind war zwar nicht gleich da, aber wurde rechtzeitig aufgestellt. Ausstattung wie vom 5 Sterne Haus zu erwarten und nicht zu beanstanden. Zimmer und Bad waren modern und sauber - besonders schön war die Aussicht aus dem großen Fenster (22. Stock). Frühstück: sehr lecker und alles dabei. Außerdem ist man zeitlich recht flexibel, da von 7 bis 11 Uhr angeboten. Fitness-Raum gut ausgestattet und 24h offen. Perfekte Verkehrsanbindung: 2 U-Bahnstationen in der Nähe und eine Bushaltestelle für recht viele Linien direkt vor der Tür. Wir werden wieder dort wieder übernachten!

Nice above average hotel not a 5star hotel

Hotel is very nice. This was my fourth visit. A lot of business travelers and families. I don't like the security because I feel you can walk right in the door and the staff will hold the door for you.

Payment Overcharge.

I was overcharged £329 without my knowledge by the hotel. They took the payment without authorization after check out and have still to repay me.
