location is perfect. flat is 4 flights of stairs up. there is a lift but inside is a warning sign that it gets stuck. so NO. carry your luggage. No TV. No clothes dryer. heat and water were out for day. Flat next door had smoke alarm beeping for 2 days straight. Lights were out in bathroom. Very overpriced for accommodations. Altido was excellent with communications but building issues were out of their control.
Stayed 13 nights in Jan 2023
