It’s located in a very convenient location especially for an early flight out of Heathrow airport. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. The room is very clean and helpful staff. We had two dinner meals at the hotel and the food was exceptional.

Such a decent stay. Only stayed due to an early flight. Hotel is immaculate and modern. Staff super friendly and the room really comfortable. Had a meal at the restaurant which was also decent and good value for money. Parking is pricey for an overnight

This hotel is very close to the airport, central bus station and the train. The hotel has many areas to eat or just relax outside of your room in the lobby/restaurant area. The staff was super helpful with providing directions. We were able to easily control our room temperature ourselves. If traveling from the US bring a G type plug converter.

We always love staying at this hotel. It is so convenient to the airport and we always book a car with AVIS. Staff are super helpful and friendly especially the breakfast team. Breakfasts are just fantastic with a wide range of choice and cooked to perfection. My only issue is that bar prices are a little excessive

Breakfast staff were great. Accommodation of food allergies was great. Our room was a postage stamp and very expensive. Do not get the dinner package. It is a separate menu of low cost items and not worth the money. We asked repeatably how the dinner package works and we were only told how it worked when we sat down for dinner. Totally disappointed

The Holiday Inn London Heathrow was a great and welcoming suprise. We expected a run-of-the-mill airport hotel but what we got was a warm and welcoming, tastefully decorated property that offered great food -a fantastic buffet breakfast and even a lively bar area where we got to enjoy a fun game of pool. Well done Holiday Inn and thank you for a lovely repreive inbetween flights.

We’ve stayed here before and always appreciated. How clean and neat this hotel is and the staff are exemplary. This time you were a bit surprised When we got to our floor, there was a large bag of trash and the hotel cleaning cart with all the used supplies were still in the corrider at 9 PM at night. They were still there the next morning and we told the front desk staff and showed them the photo which we will attach here. Also, the bathroom sink was clogged would not drain properly.
