Thank you so much for your review. One sentence attracted my attention "bring your own bathing items", we provide One Towel per person on daily bases, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper and hair dryer. We would like to know what other items you would have liked to be provided.

Thank you. We only have two rooms in whole building with Private toilet outside. We have clearly explain that in the room's description that. They are our cheapest Double rooms. If our guests DO NOT read that and go for the cheapest Double room and hope to change it to fully en-suite at the same rate on arrival in this case, would it be our fault and our poor services. GBP 99.00 in Central of London, what did they expect.

We do say in our webpage , that Compact Rooms are small by definition and located on top floors, access by stairs as there is no lift in the building just like 99% of the Hotels in Norfolk Square. For these reason Compact rooms are cheaper than normal Double.That applies to our Single rooms as well; small and located on the top floors access by stairs only.

Guest arrived, even though we do describe the Single Rooms are, Small, Located on the Top floors, access by Steps only, she complained about the steps. The comfort and happiness of guests are paramount to us, more than the money they pay. Hence we cancel her booking and issued full refund.. Still she managed to leave an ill review for us in between the time we were speaking to Expedia to say we wave the cancellation charges. Some guests honestly !!!!!!!, never travelled to London or read what they book, non experienced, pay the lowest price, for their room , for a budget accommodation with much higher standard than any other similar place at least 30% cheaper in Paddington, Central London, except 5 Star quality. When Expedia relocated her to another place, outside London, she regret and asked us " weather she can stay". Obviously the answer was NO.
