The front of the air conditioner is melted, the curtains were ripped and didn’t cover the patio door, I used a hair clip and had to tie them down. Very disappointed for $105.00

I had a fine stay at the property. The staff are lovely but the property is a little run down and the walls are paper thin… we heard the people in the room next to us “having fun” all night.

The hotel room was nice. So were the service people. They were accomodating. The only reason its rated good instead of excellent is because the maintenence guy walked in without knocking. I was in the washroom. Apart from that, I had no complaints and I would stay there again.

Most hotels iv been too, have not needed a credit card for the deposit. This was a big inconvenience. I was coming for a wedding from a full days drive away and if it wasnt for the wedding party, i would have not been able to book in. The hallways were dirty and an entrance door latch was broken.

Coming from east Toronto and had to attend a meeting in London next morning. The building looks like it needs a updated renovation. Room was clean and had fridge, microwave, small coffee maker, hair dryer and flat screen TV. There was an alarm clock that was broken on the night stand. Furnishings in the room looked worn and dated. Bed and bedding was comfortable. It was a good place to stay the night after getting in late from Toronto. White Oaks mall is across the street from the property. Good for the price paid to stay a night after a long day and drive from Toronto. It has a fitness room and a seasonal outdoor pool as part of the amenities.

This place was terrible, the hallways were dirty and poorly maintained. The room had a heavy smell of cigarette. There were stains on the walls and the bed wasn’t properly made. The desk chair in the room was severely used and dirty. It looked like it had been picked up from the dump. I ended up leaving. I just couldn’t stay there. Very disappointed with my reservation and disappointed with Expedia for offering such a bad option.

The rooms appear to be in partial state of renovations or poorly patched up. The chair in our room was falling apart and covered in dried plaster. There was also no hot water for a shower in the morning.

They need cameras in the hallways. Someone tried to smash our door in around 2:20 am. We had no sleep after that

I have been to 3 star hotels in the past but its sad that this one is not well maintained. There was this stale air smell when we got in probably due to lack of air flow. The repair work in the washroom was poorly done so water in the shower is seeping in the wall. On our second day, I was trying take a nap and there was some drilling on the next room. When I tried to call the attention of management I was told that they're trying to fix the washroom and maintenance takes place until 5:00 pm so it seems I just have to endure the noise. I just hope that the other clients checking in on the weekend (and there was a big crowd) had a more pleasant experience than me.

Stayed here before and never had issues, this last time however when we woke up we had bed bugs crawling on us. There was no towels when we got to our room and had to ask for them, to be told that it would be an hour before they could get them to us. We checked in at 430-445 check in time was 4. Had hair in the shower that was not ours when we got there.

THIS property is disgusting. The smell of pot in the hallways is brutal. The halls have not been vacuumed for a longggg time. Paint is peeling off the walls and the doors. The carpet inside the room has not been vacuumed. Cigarette packages and butts all around the front door. DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Looks and smells like a dog kennel.

The person working the front desk was very nice. The property was very dirty. There was a bunch of Candy/crackers on the ground outside the doors and on the stairs, the floor in the room was kinda sticky. The beds and bathroom were clean though (that’s mainly what I cared about). It’s a very dated place, and in need of repairs, the paint job in the room was pretty bad (doesn’t matter to me- but it might to some). The hallway to walk from front desk to our room smelled like weed. The bed and couch were relatively comfortable to sleep/sit on. We just needed a place to stay after a concert and it did the trick as a cheap place to rest our head.

The rooms and bathrooms need renovating. Need a lot of upgrades like new lamps, curtains and repairs throughout The only good thing I have to say is the beds were comfortable

The tub needs some cleaning of the grout and finish the seal around the tub. The air conditioner was left with insulation to seal the outdoor noise.

Toilet extremely small, More of a child toilet if anything. AC in room barely worked unless there was no sun. Other than that the room is pretty much mediocre. Cant really say it was comfortable staying there during the day.

I stay here quite often without issue. This time there was a guest causing quite the disturbance. They looked into as soon as I called front desk. They also relocated me to another room away from the disturbance. Staff handled the situation very well.

The discription of the amenaties was incorrect they only have an outdoor pool not an indoor pool. This was disappointing for the kids to find out.
