Dear Reviewer, Thank you for submitting your feedback. I am saddened by your remarks however I would like to inform you of the refurbishment progress we are making this summer. We have recently repainted all the corridors and have finished this week 75 % of the apartments. We have also installed a super fast Wi-Fi system this week with 170 mbs. We will be completing installation of new carpets throughout the hotel by June. And the rooms will be fitted out with Smart TV's by July. I can only hope you will give us another opportunity in the near future to change your opinion of our product and services. Kind regards, Anthony Bull Asst. Residence Manager

Walking distance to all the things we needed.

Posted 22-May-2017
Pros: We liked the location, and we loved the Handy cell phone, with data.
Location: In Westminster, close to Trafalgar Square, and the Thames river. Nearby the National Gallery, London Eye, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace.
The Citidines was a nice hotel, a quick walk to Trafalgar Square. Near buses, trains and the tube. Many restaurants were nearby. The hotel provided us with a cell phone, included with our room, which was very helpful for getting around the City. The Hotel had free Wifi. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with a little kitchen. Nearby food stores made it easy for us to have breakfast in the room, before heading out to see London everyday. There was a laundry room to wash our clothes.

Perfect hotel in London

Posted 21-May-2017
Pros: Everything!
Location: Best location EVER!
We had the best experience with Citidines Trafalgar Square. It was the most perfect location for our stay in London. We loved being so close to so many of the major sites....Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, London Eye.... The hotel was so nice and clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and we found the hotel to be very quiet. We also felt very safe...especially liked that you had to use your room key to make the lift operate! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Close to almost all major London sights. Love the kitchen in our one bedroom suite and it make traveling with children easier. Great friendly staff and they took care all of our requests fast. I would rate this hotel higher if the air in the toilet works, a handicap ramp in the front entrance (for the 3 steps) and the soap, lotion & shampoo/conditioner were better quality. Overall this hotel is a great value.

Trafalgar + West End Shows + River Cruise

Posted 19-May-2017
Pros: Location and the v helpful staff
Cons: INTERNET is slow
Location: Trafalgar + West End Shows + River Cruise
The hotel's location is best when you want your UK stay to be nice and quiet. Far from the hustle & bustle of OXFORD street. 5-8 minute walks to most theaters and a short walk to the TUBE stations. Trafalgar Square, National Museum, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben are all near the hotel. Embankment port are is also near. Our family room was nice and clean - it had separate toilet and shower rooms, which is quite a good idea so everyone doesnt end up waiting too long for baths and etc. Basic soap and shampoos provided :) Bed were great to sleep in, Airconditioning was also working great! Kids beds were pull out sofa beds (which were kinda stiff - but tolerable) :) Rooms are not cleaned daily - we were aware of this and for the price and location it is still great. Towels can be replaced anytime, call it up or get one from the reception. Only bad thing about the place is the the free wifi - although it does have many access points, the internet itself was so slow. I do hope management can can fix of change their provider, so the overall experience can be better. Staff were great and helpful. Keep it up! :)

makes a real try at being a 4 star hotel.

Posted 12-May-2017
Pros: just across street from hotel charging twice the rates
Cons: knowledge of nearby areas area by ladies working front desks (I realize they are not tour guides)
Location: the busiest city I have ever been to (I've been to a lot), including pubs and restaurants.
read other reviews stating location, location etc. The location is fantastic, 2 underground stations within 5 blocks, one of which a real hub. The Thames being 2 blocks and Trafalgar Square 3 blocks away is also great. Opted for no maid service which worked fine and no breakfast, worked fine. The coffee and cappuchino machines were great. Great attitudes of entire staff. Sound proof windows saved me, but I was on 7th floor
