"I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. I rang Hotels.com, who were very helpful. But they were unable to get me a refund. I had not read the reviews for the place, but I sugest that if you want to make booking...

"I had an amazing stay here. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the room was quite cosy."

"Rosemary and David were very welcoming. The breakfast was lovely and we had a fun time relaxing and chatting in the lounge area. The property's location is great too!"

"Pleasant location and the pub had a super selection of food. Good for a pint in the sun. Room had nice view over the fields. Bathroom had not been cleaned and had hair, along with other reminders, from the previous occupants. This let down the experience as then noticed other parts of the room being fairly unclean."
